Pastor Kevin has been ordained as a minister for 15 years in which he has served in overseas missions and home church based ministries. As a 30-year police veteran, now retired, he has been compelled to minister to inner city gangs by going into their Orange County, Ca. neighborhoods to bring the message of the Gospel. Side-By-Side Church International was birthed out of the ministry to these gang kids. Today the message of God's transformation continues as these young people are growing in the Lord and reciprocating the example of grace to the unruly. As a result, many other churches, community organizations and even government departments are joining forces to work Side-By-Side to contend for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Every time Pastor Kevin has the opportunity to reach the body of Christ in the ministry of teaching, his desire is to stir the gift of evangelism and to encourage and exhort people to rise up in the call "to go" into all the world and preach the Gospel. In addition to the inner city gang and crisis intervention, Side-By-Side has a strong missions program bringing hope to the many orphans and abandoned children of the nations of Uganda, Kenya and Haiti.
